Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls- Greeting visitors and clients at the front desk- Scheduling appointments and meetings using Outlook Calendar- Transcribing notes from meetings and phone calls- Proofreading documents for errors- Managing and organizing files both physically and digitally- Assisting with office tasks as needed using Google Suite, DocuSign, and other software Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
