Main
Responsibilities:
Helping patients understand their insurance benefits.
Discussing payment options with patients.
Scheduling treatment plans.
Ensure that all forms have been submitted, and patients have been notified of status and their financial responsibilities.
Achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals as a member of the office staff team.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of previous Treatment Coordinator experience.
Minimum of two years of experience using a Dentrix.
Excellent customer service skills and reliable with good work attendance and work ethic.
Must be willing to take direction and able to work independently with very minimal supervision.
